Ronnie Breaks Down In Jersey Shore Return as He Plans to 'Ask My Roommates for Forgiveness'

Mike's reflections on Ron's "nonexistent" relationships reveal that Ortiz Magro is hoping to "get in the good graces" of his roommates... and tells us where he stands now with Jen Harley.

Ronnie Ortiz Magro hopes for forgiveness.

On Thursday, the reality star returned to Jersey Shore Family vacation. This was the latest of only a few appearances since he left the series in 2020 to seek treatment for his mental health.

He called Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, one of his closest friends and cast members to give an update about his life. He revealed that he had sold his house in LA and was moving to Miami to live with Ariana. He also wanted to spend a few days in New Jersey.

"I'm ready to start over. I'm preparing to start again. For the first time in many years, I feel peaceful. But I'm aware of my mistakes, and I would like to apologize to my roommates," he said in a confessional.

He confessed to a producer off-camera that he had not seen his roommates in two years. He cried when a producer asked him off-camera whether he missed his roommates.

It's great to see Mike. "We have a very close friendship," he said. I missed our group conversations and our stupid jokes. "I miss them."

Ron revealed at Mike's that Jen Harley, Ariana's mom, had also moved to Florida. He was insistent that they didn't or do it together. He added that "we're getting along" and "I was given full custody of Ariana." She still spends time with Jen, but I let her because I don't wish to be the parent who breaks the relationship between the parents.

Ron admitted that he had sent a group text to the cast, and then sent individual messages for each one. He said that nobody responded to him. Mike had the bright idea to "pop in" Ortiz Magro during the next "family holiday" in the hopes that "once you are in front of everybody, I can see a few people expressing their feelings."

Mike confessed that, after warning Ron "Your actions might have affected them" and "they were upset," "everyone had been shocked by his actions." It wasn't one act, but repeated actions until the relationship was severed.

Ron broke down again in tears, expressing how much he loved and missed the cast. He said, "they're family." "We have known each other 15 years." He continued. It's awful, I miss having a family.

Ron then said that he was prepared for a real return if his group agreed. He said, "I am at peace, for the first time," before Mike joked, "probably, you and Sam should get back together."

I would love to be back in my roommates' good graces. Ron confessed, "I miss them, love them, and they're family." We've been friends for 15 years. "I'm in a good mental space. I can be in that atmosphere and environment."

Mike and Ron were on the same page, but Mike didn't want to let anyone know that Ron would be making a cameo on the next trip. After all, a surprise emotional moment for this group is a great idea. The situation was made even more complex when, in the same episode Angelina Pivarnick tried to convince Ron's former girlfriend Samantha “Sammi Sweetheart” Giancola to join them on vacation . Neither party knew the other would be there.

Watch Jersey Shore Family Vacation on MTV Thursdays to see what happens.
